Rated as the "Best Resort in Kalpetta, Wayanad", At Sylvan, we live and preach an organic way of living. Trying to blend with nature as much as possible and give back mother earth more than what we consume. 

We have a variety of indigenous species of cows, dogs, hen, turkey, rabbit. We also have a rainwater harvesting artificial pond which can store 8 lakh liters of water, in which we grow fishes.

We do various ways of water conservation including traditional way of rainwater harvesting and the concept of slowing down the flowing water in the estate and allowing them to sink into the ground.

At Sylvan we ensure every guest gets the real feel of "living in the woods" without compromising on luxury. We ensure that every guest gets their own private moments that they can cherish forever.
