Rated as the "Best Resort in Kalpetta, Wayanad", At Sylvan, we live and preach an organic way of living. Trying to blend with the nature as much as possible and give back mother earth more than what we consume. 

We have a variety of indigenous species of cows, dogs, hen, turkey, rabbit. We also have a rain water harvesting artificial pond which can store 8 lakh liters of water, in which we grow fishes.

We do various ways of water conservation including traditional way of rain water harvesting and the concept of slowing down the flowing water in the estate and allowing them to sink into the ground.
